soon can you make a change to my business?
A good question. This
depends on how quickly you want changes to be made and can support
our efforts. We firmly believe that we can identify changes that can
be implemented within a month of our visit, though many changes need
to take longer as they need proper planning and preparation. Our aim
is to always identify some ideas that can happen over the short
medium and long term.
How
will you help my business?
Our aim is to interrupt you
as little as possible and supplement you by being available when you
need us. You often don't have the time to step back and have a look
and do the things you have always known you needed to do. We will
not only help you step back, but find solutions for you and be there
to drive in the changes you need
Who
will come out to help me?
Our target is to provide one
consultant who will work with you to understand your business and
your needs. They will give continuity and understanding, rather than
having to explain your problems to a different person every time you
meet.
Will this service
cost me a lot?
Our rates vary depending on
the service you require. We can come and see you and never return,
or we can set up a regular arrangement where we are available to
support your business throughout the year. Our fees will reflect the
arrangement. Our key is to support you and not charge exorbitant
rates so would like to discuss this with you personally |
